This Medallion is very special. It has the six syllables (Om mani Padme Hum) on 2 sides and the Double Dorje symbols on the other 2 sides. The medallion itself can be opened where a prayer has already been put inside, however, you can also put a prayer of your choice or object of rememberence inside.
